Secret Santa gifts for coworkers (that aren't a mug)
You drew a name. Maybe it's the colleague who sits next to you, maybe it's someone from accounting you have spoken to twice. Either way, there is a budget, a deadline and a drawer full of novelty mugs you refuse to add to.
Honk Industries is a small brand run, officially, by Gary: a goose who is completely sure he is the CEO of a real company. Every design comes out of his office, so a lot of them are about office life itself: out-of-office replies, Monday meetings, the colleague who has opinions about the thermostat. That makes them easy to give to someone you only know from work. The joke is about the job, not about the person.

How to pick a Secret Santa shirt for someone you barely know
- Go for the shared joke. Office humour works because everyone in the room has lived it: the auto-reply, the meeting that could have been an email, the snack drawer that empties by ten.
- Pick a neutral colour. Navy, black, white or a soft natural tone gets worn. If you have no idea of their style, choose the colour the design is shown in first.
- Size up if unsure. Most of our tees are unisex cuts. A slightly loose tee is a pyjama shirt at worst; a tight one stays in the drawer.
- Check the date before you order. Every shirt is printed after you order it, so allow for printing and shipping. Etsy shows the estimated delivery date for your address before you pay.
Why a tee instead of the usual desk gift
Most Secret Santa budgets land between 20 and 30 in whatever currency your office uses, and most gifts in that range are chocolate or a mug. A good shirt costs about the same and is a gift that actually leaves the office: it gets worn on a Saturday, not forgotten in a desk drawer. Our tees start at the prices shown below; Etsy converts them into your currency at checkout.
If your workplace plays white elephant or a gift-swap game instead, pick a Christmas design: a shirt the whole room can read from across the table is the one worth stealing. Gary considers being stolen a promotion.
Questions
How do I order?
Each design links to its Etsy listing. Size, colour, payment and delivery all happen on Etsy, which also handles returns and buyer protection.
Will it arrive before the office party?
Each shirt is printed after you order, so it takes printing time plus shipping. Etsy shows the estimated delivery date for your address before you pay. Order early in December to be safe.
Where do you ship?
The shirts ship to most countries, including Switzerland, the EU, the UK and the US. The shipping cost for your address is shown on Etsy before checkout.
Who prints the shirts?
Honk Industries designs them; our print partner Printful prints each one to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse, which is why there is no stock to run out of.
