Returns and withdrawal

30 days to change your mind

You can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery, for any reason. This applies wherever you live.

  1. Write to [CONTACT EMAIL] (or message us through the marketplace where you ordered) with your order number, and say whether you want a refund or a different size or colour.
  2. We reply with the return address. Send the item back within 14 days of telling us.
  3. Refunds go back to the payment method you used. Exchanges are made and posted as a new item.

Faulty, damaged or misprinted

If something arrives damaged, misprinted or not what you ordered, write to us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We send a replacement or refund you, including postage, and you do not need to send the item back unless we ask. This does not limit your legal rights for faulty goods.

If you live in the EU: your right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU you have a legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14 days start on the day you, or someone you name (not the carrier), receive the goods. Our 30-day return window above is longer and includes this right; it does not replace it.

  • To withdraw, tell us clearly, for example by e-mail to [CONTACT EMAIL] or by post to [ADDRESS]. You may use the form below, but you don't have to. It is enough to send your message before the period ends.
  • Send the goods back without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of telling us. [ALEX: who bears the direct cost of returning the goods — if the buyer, say so here; otherwise we pay.]
  • We refund everything you paid, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method. We may wait to refund until we have the goods back or you have shown that you sent them.
  • You are only responsible for any loss in value caused by handling the goods beyond what is needed to check them, as you would in a shop.

Made to order is not the same as personalised. Our standard designs are printed after you order, but they are not made to your personal specifications, so the right of withdrawal applies to them in full. The legal exception for goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised would only apply to an item that carries text or an image you supplied (for example your own name). If we ever offer such items, the listing will say so clearly before you buy; nothing on sale today is such an item.

If you live in the UK

You have a similar 14-day right to cancel under UK consumer law, on the same terms as described above for the EU.

If you live in Switzerland

Swiss law does not give a general right of withdrawal for online purchases. Our voluntary 30-day return and exchange policy above applies to you in full.
