1. Who sells to you

2. Where these terms apply

These terms apply to every purchase from Honk Industries. [S1: While orders are placed through our shop on a marketplace (Etsy), the marketplace's own terms also apply to the ordering and payment process; if the two conflict on those points, the marketplace terms prevail.] Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law as a consumer.

3. Products

Our items are printed to order after you buy. Colours on screen can differ slightly from the printed garment. Size guides are on each product page; please check them, especially for kids' sizes.

4. Prices and VAT

Prices are shown in [CURRENCY] at checkout. [ALEX + VERIFY: VAT status — e.g. "We are not registered for Swiss VAT, so no Swiss VAT is charged." 5. Contract and payment

6. Delivery

Making and delivery times are explained on the Shipping page. The estimated delivery date shown before you pay is an estimate, not a guaranteed date. If an order cannot be made or delivered, we tell you and refund you in full.

7. Returns, exchanges and withdrawal

You can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. EU and UK consumers also have a 14-day legal right of withdrawal. Details and a model withdrawal form are on the Returns page.

8. Faulty goods

If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, you have the legal rights that apply where you live (in the EU, at least a two-year legal guarantee of conformity). Write to [CONTACT EMAIL] with a photo and we will replace or refund it.

9. Designs

All designs, the name Honk Industries and the character Gary belong to [LEGAL NAME]. Buying a garment does not give a right to reproduce the design.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Swiss law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of that country, and you may bring a claim in the courts where you live.
